The founder
The Grand Prix was founded by Borko Radivojević — accordionist, composer and producer, and founder of the Balkan Music Academy. He has spent more than three decades on the instrument, and the last few years preserving and promoting the music of this region by passing on what he has learned.
My goal is to open new perspectives: to establish the accordion on the map of respected international music competitions, to give young artists steady support as they make their name on the international music scene, and also to preserve the folk music of the Balkans and to keep it alive.

The stage is your home
Before the official take you can check your camera, microphone and internet speed as often as you need — a short pause is asked only if you start many in a row.
Just like a real stage: once the official recording starts, there are no retakes. The same rule for every participant.
